Once an automation works, someone has to keep it running. There are two honest ways to handle that, and the right one depends on you.
Building it is half the job
Getting an agent live is the part everyone talks about. Keeping it live, monitored, and improving as your business changes is the part that actually determines whether it keeps paying off. That work has to live somewhere.
Option one: you own it
We build, integrate, and test the solution, then hand it over ready for your team to run. You own it outright. If you want peace of mind, we can back it with a contract that guarantees six or twelve months of service availability.
This fits teams that have some technical capacity and want full control.
Option two: we run it
You subscribe and we take care of everything underneath, the infrastructure, the monitoring, and the continuous improvement. You just use the results. New edge cases, model updates, and tuning are our problem, not yours.
This fits teams that would rather focus on their business than babysit an automation.
There is no wrong answer
Some clients want to own the asset; others want the outcome without the operational weight. We work both ways on purpose, so the model fits you instead of the other way around. If you are not sure which one you are, that is exactly what the first call is for.
