About Hopper Labs

We are a Chilean AI consultancy. We design, build, and maintain bespoke operational agents for mid-market and enterprise companies. We work as an end-to-end operating partner: scoping, build, integration, and support, with no dev team required on the client side. The commitment is measurable ROI in under 90 days.

About the role

This is the most critical role we are opening. You take over the whole Hopper Labs operation: what gets built, in what order, with whom, and against what definition of done. You talk to the developers and the teams every day, and you own the fact that what was promised to the client reaches production and works.

Applies to every role
  • 100% remote. Where you are does not matter.
  • We work against objectives, not hours. You decide when you work.
  • We hire builders: autonomous people with taste, focused on quality and on adding real value.
  • Real autonomy: you get a business problem, not a ticket with the solution already written.
  • Technology and AI genuinely move you: you try the newest thing as it lands, you follow how the market is adapting to these tools, and you want to work out how to put them to use. We look for curious people who are deep in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Run the whole operation: active projects, priorities, capacity, and delivery.
  • Translate client needs into concrete scope with explicit definitions of done.
  • Be the developers' daily counterpart: unblock, decide, and cut scope when needed.
  • Coordinate the handoff between sales, product, and engineering so nothing gets lost.
  • Define and track each project's metrics: client ROI, time to production, adoption, rework.
  • Install the internal process that does not exist yet, and keep it simple.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading product, operations, or delivery in tech.
  • You have owned getting something into production, not just coordinating it.
  • Real technical literacy: you know what an API is, why an integration can get expensive, and when a dev is telling you the idea does not hold up.
  • Product judgement: you cut scope rather than ship something half-done.
  • Technical English, reading and writing.

What we look for

  • Someone who brings order without burying it in ceremony.
  • The ability to say no, to clients and to the team, with an argument behind it.
  • Comfort in front of an operations manager who does not trust AI.
  • An owner of outcomes, not an administrator of tickets.
