Hopper Labs SpA, based in Santiago, Chile, is responsible for the personal data collected on hopperlabs.cl.

What data we collect
Booking or diagnosis form: name, email, company, role, tools you use and the problem you describe.
Job applications: name, email, city, experience, salary expectation, links, your answers and your CV.
Newsletter: your email.
Chat with Orca: the messages you write in the conversation.
Browsing: pages visited, device and traffic source, through Google Analytics and its cookies.
What we use it for
To reply, schedule the meeting you requested and prepare for it.
To review your application and contact you if a role fits.
To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed.
To answer your questions in the chat.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to run the site: Vercel (site hosting), Google (email delivery and Google Analytics) and Anthropic (processes Orca chat messages to generate replies).
These providers may process data outside Chile and are bound by their own security and confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
Contact and meeting data, while there is a business conversation and up to 2 years after the last contact.
Applications, up to 1 year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Newsletter email, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under Chile's Law 19.628 and Law 21.719, you can request access to your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use, request portability or block its processing.
Write to contacto@hopperlabs.cl with your request. We reply within the legal deadlines.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits, and our own cookie to remember your language. You can block or delete them in your browser; the site keeps working.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the data we receive is limited to the team members who need it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its update date.
